our background
Established in 2001, we are based in West London, UK.
We were awarded a prestigious Innovation Award by the Department for Trade and
Industry in March 2003 that enabled us to research and develop the services we
offer today.
Managing Director, Dr Mike Baxter trained as a psychologist and
has worked as a user needs analyst, product designer and Professor of Design
and Communication. He is a top-selling technical author, holds several patents,
and has been the invited key-note speaker at conferences world-wide.
